What You'll Do

As an onsite medical interpreter, you will:
* Provide accurate, high-quality consecutive interpretation during medical appointments and healthcare interactions.
* Facilitate clear communication between healthcare providers and patients.
* Maintain professionalism, neutrality, and strict confidentiality at all times.
* Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and awareness in diverse healthcare settings.
* Follow client-specific protocols while confidently managing the flow of communication.

You will work face-to-face in healthcare facilities on an as-needed basis as an independent contractor-offering flexibility while contributing to meaningful work.

What We're Looking For
* Fluency in English and at least one target language (spoken and understood at a professional level).
* Strong knowledge of medical terminology.
* Proven medical interpreting experience (preferred).
* Excellent listening, memory retention, and note-taking skills.
* Ability to remain impartial, professional, and composed in sensitive situations.
* Educational background in languages or interpretation (a plus).
