As part of this initiative, were hiring 20+ Account Representatives to help drive momentum and capture new opportunities across our reseller base./ppThis is a high-energy, customer-facing role where youll own and grow a portfolio of accounts, drive revenue, and deliver an exceptional customer experience./ppYoull serve as a trusted partner and escalation point for your customershelping them succeed while making a direct impact on the business./ph2What Youll Do/h2ulliOwn and grow a portfolio of approximately 125 reseller accounts (mix of new and established)/liliBuild strong relationships and act as a primary point of contact and escalation/liliSpot and act on opportunities to increase revenue, margin, and product adoption/liliDrive day-to-day sales activity including quoting, follow-ups, and closing opportunities/liliProactively engage customers to uncover new business needs and position solutions/liliPartner cross-functionally with internal teams and vendors to drive results/liliPrioritize effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment/liliSet clear expectations and follow through with urgency and accuracy/li/ulh2What Success Looks Like/h2ulliConsistently driving revenue and growth across your account base/liliBuilding strong, trusted relationships with customers/liliManaging multiple priorities while maintaining speed and accuracy/liliTaking ownership and delivering results with minimal supervision/li/ulh2What Were Looking For/h2pWere looking for someone who is proactive, resilient, and action-orientedsomeone who doesnt wait for opportunities but goes after them./ppKey strengths include:/pulliStrong communication skills (written and verbal)/liliAbility to influence and persuade customers and partners/liliCustomer-focused mindset with a drive to deliver results/liliComfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment/liliStrong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively/liliAbility to collaborate and build relationships across teams/liliResilient and adaptable in a dynamic environment/li/ulh2Qualifications/h2ulli2+ years of sales or customer service experience (any industry)/liliOR 1+ year of experience in technology, distribution, or related field/liliHigh school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelors degree preferred)/liliBasic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word/li/ulh2Why Ingram Micro?/h2pAt Ingram Micro, youll be part of a team thats shaping the future of technology distribution.
