Hiring for Warehouse Workers in Midland, Texas!! Benefits available and paid weekly!! Available Shifts:

Friday–Sunday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM | $24/hr.

Monday–Thursday: 6:00 PM – 4:00 AM | $22/hr.

Job Description:

The Warehouse Worker will support the shipping and receiving department and assist the production team with assembling, sorting, and preparing parts for shipment.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble Parts — Manually assembles components and satellite sub‑assemblies.
• Material Sorting — Sorts and places materials on tables, racks, or bins.
• Hand Tools & Measuring — Uses hand tools, measuring devices, and test equipment.
• Cleaning & Packaging — Cleans finished parts and places them in protective bags or boxes.
• Box Handling — Packs, seals, and moves boxes throughout the facility.
• Small Parts Work — Picks up, moves, and sorts small components.
• General Duties — Performs additional tasks as assigned by management.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
