Assembly Opportunities – Odessa & Midland!

We’re adding team members to support production of small satellite components. These roles are hands‑on, detail‑focused, and ideal for individuals with manufacturing experience.

Schedules Available

• Mon–Thurs • 7:30 AM–5:30 PM
• Mon–Thurs • 6:00 PM–4:00 AM
• Fri–Sun • 6:00 AM–6:00 PM
  • Pay: $20–$24/hr
  • Weekly pay

What the Work Involves

• Building and fitting small parts used in satellite systems
• Following diagrams, written instructions, and basic blueprints
• Operating hand tools and small production equipment
• Keeping materials organized and staged for the next step
• Preparing completed parts for shipment (cleaning, packaging, sealing)
• Supporting general production flow as needed

• Assembly or machine operation
• Manufacturing or production lines
• Working with small or precision components
• Reading diagrams, work instructions, or blueprints
• We are focusing on candidates with manufacturing‑based experience rather than oil & gas.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Midland, TX.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
