Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a team member myself and saw firsthand the growth potential that agency ownership could provide. Outside of work, I play guitar in a small band, enjoy bicycling and staying active with my kids, and love sports like soccer. Role Description As an Account Associate for Felixnet Prophete - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Responsibilities Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
