I opened my agency seven years ago and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a team member myself and saw firsthand the growth potential that agency ownership could provide. Outside of work, I play guitar in a small band, enjoy bicycling and staying active with my kids, and love sports like soccer. I also competed in track and field, so that competitive spirit has always been a part of who I am. Our agency is proud to stay connected to the community. We sponsor three local high schools and their athletic programs and participate in community activities throughout the year that allow us to build relationships with the people we serve. We offer a health insurance stipend, group life insurance, licensing reimbursement, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We also believe hard work should be recognized and celebrated. Team members enjoy their birthday off along with a birthday dinner, Friday game time, holiday events, an end-of-year celebration, and additional awards and incentives for reaching goals. Felixnet Prophete - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Bilingual Spanish or French preferred.
