ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my first State Farm agency in 2008 and expanded to a second location in 2023. Today, I lead a combined team of 11 across both offices. Before becoming an agent, I spent 14 years in State Farm claims, working as both an adjuster and a manager. That experience gave me a strong foundation in the insurance industry and a firsthand understanding of the importance of protecting customers and being there when they need us most.

I'm a proud University of Florida graduate, and outside of work, I enjoy staying active, working out, and traveling. We believe in giving back to the communities we serve and regularly participate in and sponsor local events. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Ky Dickerson - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
