Boulder Community Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) team. In this specialized role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to adult and geriatric patients receiving ECT treatment, support patient safety throughout the treatment process, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary behavioral health team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes. Qualifications:

• Colorado RN license in good standing
• BLS certification required by completion within conditional period of hired position
• ACLS certification required by completion within conditional period of hired position
• 1-2 years psychiatric experience preferred
• 1-2 years medical experience preferred
• 1-2 years ECT experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Provides direct total patient care for specific group of patients with collaboration as needed
• Demonstrates clinical competence in performing nursing procedures and identifies the rationale underlying the nursing skills
• Identifies patient care problems, makes interventions based upon an understanding of the biopsychosocial processes
• Assesses patient status systematically and anticipates and responds to changes in patient clinical condition
• Actively seeks participation of the patient, family, and other members of the health care team to assure continuity of patient care
