Job Summary

Our client is seeking a dedicated Bilingual Registered Nurse to join their team. The primary responsibilities include solo visits for wound care and hypertension management, patient triaging, co-visits with providers, and follow-up callbacks on abnormal labs. This role also involves managing up to 40 patients per day, with additional phone work.

Schedule: M-F 8-5 (Tuesdays and Thursdays are open until 8 PM, so she may work later hours on those days and take time off on other days while maintaining a 40-hour work week)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct solo patient visits (wound care, hypertension) and manage abnormalities per protocol.
• Utilize the EHR system, NextGen, for patient documentation and tracking.
• Attend team needs, including injections, medication administration, and patient education.
• Perform independent nurse visits, manage INRs, and provide triage for walk-in patients.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Active Colorado RN license.
• 1+ years of experience in nursing.
• Preferred experience in family practice or community settings working with unique populations.

Skills

• Proficiency in using EHR system NextGen.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.

Additional Requirements

Must be able to work extended hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Flexibility for 12-hour shifts with corresponding time off.
