Senior Document Controller

Position Summary Oversees document control processes across multiple projects or programs, ensuring documentation integrity and leading audit preparation. Key Responsibilities Oversee document control processes across multiple projects or programs, ensuring documentation integrity and leading audit preparation. Establish and maintain company-wide document control standards. Train and mentor junior document controllers. Interface with QA/QC, legal, and project management teams. Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory documentation requirements. Prepare documentation for audits and project close-out. Qualifications Expert‑level knowledge of document management systems. Strong attention to detail and process management experience. 5–7 years in document control, including leadership responsibilities. Software/Technical Skills Strong proficiency in MS Office, Internet Explorer, Newforma, and relevant software programs. Travel Requirements Occasional travel to domestic or foreign locations may be required. Must maintain a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
