Are you ready to be part of a team that thrives at the intersection of creativity and operations Located in the vibrant city of San Francisco CA this remote contract role offers the opportunity to support innovative marketing initiatives and campaigns at DoorDash. Our mission is to grow and empower local economies and we believe that brand and creativity are key to achieving this goal. As part of the Brand & Creative Operations team youll help create work that earns attention shapes culture and builds lasting connections with our audiences.
What Youll Do
- Manage project execution across creative campaigns social activations and co-marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain project timelines asset trackers status updates and workflows.
- Coordinate communication between Brand & Creative Marketing Production and external partners.
- Support the development and delivery of digital creative assets across various channels.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure assets meet brand standards.
- Identify project risks flag blockers and drive proactive solutions.
- Leverage emerging tools and technologies to improve efficiency and operations.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in project management creative operations production or marketing operations.
- Experience managing multiple projects and timelines across cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools like or Figma.
Preferences
- Familiarity with creative production workflows across social video and digital channels.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and adapting to shifting priorities.
- Interest in creative operations process improvement and building scalable ways of working.
