Project Coordinator

Optomi, in partnership with a leading e-commerce and advertising platform, is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their Merchant Experience Operations team. As a Project Coordinator within MXO New Verticals, you will deliver operational excellence, quality, and efficiency across merchant and CPG brand catalog operations. You will translate business strategy into team-level execution, ensuring KPIs are met while driving continuous improvement across workflows that support New Verticals and the CPG Advertising business. This role involves managing the internal and external processes and channels that power client-facing catalog management and customer-facing content, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and high-quality execution. Lead and develop future leaders, driving operational performance and talent growth. Leverage data and dashboards to assess trends and inform decision-making.
