Retail Pharmacist

Immediate need for a talented Retail Pharmacist . This is a 13 Weekscontract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Alturas, California(Onsite). Compensation Pay Package: Please reach out for further discussion and negotiation. Regular Pay: $47/hr Weekly Housing Stipend: $617 Weekly Meals Stipend: $504 Weekly Gross Pay: $2,813(subject to completion of scheduled hours) Key Responsibilities Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 8 hour days, M-F Scheduled Hours: 36 Hours/Week Dispense prescription medications accurately and safely. Review prescriptions for dosage, interactions, and allergies. Counsel patients on medication use, side effects, and storage. Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, HIPAA, and facility policies. Maintain accurate patient records and medication documentation. Manage medication inventory and monitor expiration dates. Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care. Supervise and support pharmacy technicians as needed. Deliver excellent customer service in a retail pharmacy setting. Maintain an active California Pharmacist license and follow all regulatory requirements. Key Requirements and Technology Experience Active California Pharmacist license Prior travel assignment experience required Experience working in a retail pharmacy setting.
