Lead Casino Supervisor

This role supports Boyd Gaming’s mission to maximize value for our shareholders, team members, and communities. Responsibilities Adhere to guest service requirements. Oversee both the Slots and Table Games departments. Interpret, support, and explain established company policies and applicable local, state, federal, and other regulatory procedures. Maintain a positive attitude at all times, supporting the policies of Senior Management at the casino and Ameristar Casino Resort – St. Charles. Ensure compliance with non‑uniform appearance standards while on duty. Maintain the strictest confidence regarding confidential and proprietary information of Ameristar entities or guests. Address team member questions and concerns; conduct internal investigations as needed. Assist the Talent Team with interviews and make hiring recommendations. Train and develop dealers to ensure the highest level of performance. Follow all policies, procedures, and regulations including but not limited to attendance, appearance, safety, and security policies. Qualifications Sound knowledge of slots and casino games. Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Strong problem‑solving, mediation, coaching, and consulting skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and business communication skills. Strong time‑management skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; stand for a minimum of eight (8) hours. Possession of, and ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license and gaming license within the assigned state of employment. Successfully pass a background check, an alcohol and drug screening. Be at least 21 years of age.
