Schedule/Hours

• Night shifts: 7p-7a
• Rotating every six weeks
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call time
• Holiday commitment: 75%
• Flexible RTO process (Resource Team approval)

Qualifications

• Active RN license with a minimum of 2 years' recent NICU experience
• BLS and NRP certifications
• Proficiency in: basic vent management, central lines, pre/post-surgical care, trach and G-tube management, gavage feeding, blood transfusions, basic breastfeeding, and infant venipuncture
• First-time travelers welcome

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized care for neonates aged 23 weeks to term, including complex surgical cases
• Manage feeding interventions and central/line therapies
• Collaborate with NAs and charge RNs, maintaining best practices for safety
• Float to pediatric, PICU, adolescent, and heme/onc units as needed
• Utilize EPIC EMR for comprehensive patient documentation
