Full-time travel assignment, shifts vary
Orientation: NEO day and two precepted shifts
Active RN license with BLS and PALS certifications
Minimum of 1 year pediatric critical care experience (2 years preferred)
At least one prior travel assignment completed
Experience with EMR (EPIC), Alaris IV pumps, Omnicell, and Philips monitors
Deliver exceptional care for pediatric post-surgical patients (ages 0-17), occasionally caring for adult patients if needed
Maintain acuity-appropriate RN:patient ratios (1:1 to 1:2)
Monitor telemetry, manage post-op assessments, and respond to emergent needs
Collaborate with anesthesia, charge staff, and support roles in a multidisciplinary setting
