Skills Must Have: Hard skills: beginner in Testing; competent in CI/CD, AWS; proficient in AI, Natural Language Processing, Python, TensorFlow, Docker, Algorithms, PyTorch, Data Visualization, R, Machine Learning, LLM, Deep Learning Nice-to-have: Hard skills: beginner in Agile, GCP, Pipeline, C/C++, Information Security; competent in Git, JAVA, Kubernetes, Research, Azure, Scikit; proficient in Statistics Soft skills: competent in Communication Skills Requirements Technical Expertise Advanced programming skills in Python, Java, or R. Mastery of AI/ML frameworks, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. Strong expertise in algorithms, statistical modeling, and data engineering. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for deploying AI models. Hands‑on knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems. Professional Experience At least 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development. Education Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. Soft Skills Exceptional problem‑solving abilities and a keen eye for detail. Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and client‑facing stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced agency environment. Responsibilities AI Model Development: Develop, train deploy machine learning models to optimize recruitment and talent management processes. Solution Architecture: Build scalable AI‑powered systems for recommendation engines, predictive analytics, and workforce optimization. : Leverage data from recruitment platforms and job boards to uncover insights and improve client outcomes. Collaboration: Work with recruiters, account managers, and tech teams to align AI tools with client needs. Leadership: Mentor junior developers and stay ahead of AI trends to integrate cutting‑edge solutions into services.
