Delaware Licensed Litigation Attorney

*This fully remote role is open to attorneys located anywhere in the United States, provided they hold an active Delaware law license.* *THE JOB* We are seeking a motivated attorney licensed in Delaware to join our fast-paced, high-volume litigation team representing debtors in collection matters. This is a multi-state practice that offers meaningful responsibility, hands-on litigation experience, and the opportunity to make a real impact—without billable hour requirements. This role is ideal for attorneys who enjoy owning their cases, thinking strategically, and working collaboratively in a supportive, congenial culture that values results, efficiency, and professional growth over rigid metrics. *WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE DIFFERENT* * No billable hour requirements * Fully remote * Substantial court experience in a high-volume litigation environment * Supportive, collaborative culture with experienced attorneys, paralegals, and administrative teams * A chance to improve processes and help shape how cases are handled at scale * Growth-minded firm that values innovation, autonomy, and accountability. * Litigation experience helpful but not required *KEY RESPONSIBILITIES* * Oversee and manage a high-volume caseload of consumer debt litigation matters * Appear in court and handle litigation proceedings in assigned jurisdictions * Communicate directly with opposing counsel regarding case strategy, settlement, and resolution * Communicate directly with clients as needed regarding escalated matters and paths toward favorable resolution outcomes * Coordinate closely with paralegals and internal administrative teams to ensure efficient case progression * Exercise strategic thinking in evaluating cases, prioritizing actions, and driving outcomes * Identify opportunities to improve workflows, challenge inefficiencies, and enhance litigation practices * Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with applicable laws and procedures *ABOUT THE LAW FIRM* The law firm was founded in 2006 and employs over 200 people.
