We’re a growing healthcare company seeking an experienced recruiter with 2-3 years of experience. This is a high-energy, high-volume role for someone who can move quickly without sacrificing quality, build strong partnerships, and consistently deliver measurable results. $25-$32/hour plus monthly bonus What You’ll Do Own the full recruiting lifecycle—from intake and sourcing through interviews, offers, and onboarding handoffs. Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for high-volume healthcare and operational roles. Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, social platforms, referrals, networking, talent communities, and creative sourcing strategies. Use recruiting data to drive decisions, improve performance, and anticipate hiring needs. Track and report key metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, source effectiveness, offer acceptance, candidate engagement, and hiring goal attainment. Partner closely with hiring managers to clarify needs, establish realistic timelines, and create effective recruiting plans. Deliver a responsive, professional, and engaging experience for every candidate. Collaborate with fellow recruiters and business partners, sharing insights, resources, and best practices to achieve team goals. Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements that help us hire faster and smarter. What You Bring Proven success in a high-volume recruiting environment; healthcare recruiting experience is strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to source and convert passive candidates—not simply manage inbound applications. A metrics-driven mindset and confidence using data to prioritize work, evaluate results, and improve recruiting outcomes. Strong experience with applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, and recruiting analytics. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills. The ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly, and maintain momentum in a growing organization.
