This role is an on-site full-time opportunity in Lakewood, NJ , supporting contracted long-term care facilities by sourcing, screening, and onboarding the nurses and healthcare professionals they need. You will help strengthen both client relationships and candidate pipelines. With competitive pay of USD 18–23 per hour and a structured focus on recruiting execution, you can bring your attention to detail and project management skills to work that directly affects staffing quality. What you’ll do Collaborate with clients and build rapport to understand staffing needs Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for healthcare roles Verify licenses and complete background checks Refer qualified candidates to clients for final approval Support hiring and onboarding for newly hired employees Develop and maintain an applicant pool through career fairs, social media, outreach, and market research What you’ll need 1+ year of experience in recruiting or healthcare-related staffing (healthcare or allied staffing experience preferred) Ability to use virtual recruiting tools , conference platforms, HRIS , and other online collaborative software Professional presence with strong attention to detail and project management skills Familiarity with relevant employment law Tools and platforms used Virtual recruiting tools Conference platforms HRIS Online collaborative software About Humana Care Staffing Humana Care is creating more than another staffing solution.
