HR ManagerA growing e-commerce company is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage the company's complete human resources function.This individual will be responsible for payroll administration, benefits management, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR policies, and day-to-day HR operations.The ideal candidate is a hands-on HR professional who can independently manage multiple responsibilities, develop efficient processes, support employees and leadership, and ensure the HR department operates smoothly and professionally.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.Manage employee benefits, including enrollment, renewals, and employee inquiries.Lead recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and hiring coordination.Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding.Handle employee relations, workplace concerns, and HR-related issues.Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.Maintain accurate employee records, documentation, and personnel files.Oversee performance management processes and employee evaluations.Support leadership with staffing decisions, employee development, and organizational planning.Identify opportunities to improve HR systems, processes, and overall efficiency.Serve as the primary point of contact for employee HR questions and concerns.QualificationsPrevious HR management experience required.Strong hands-on experience with payroll administration and employee benefits.Proven experience managing recruitment, hiring, and onboarding.Solid understanding of employment laws, HR compliance, and employee relations.Ability to independently oversee all HR functions.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly dependable.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing business environment.Location: Lakewood, NJ Type: Full time Salary: $100,000+
