Associate Project Manager

Associate Project Manager Full‑time employment. Opportunity Collect, review, and analyze technology and tools. Analyze computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations to determine if requested program or program change is possible within existing system. Manage cost, time schedules, and standards with well‑defined milestones. Design and document computer systems or programs, including prototypes, flowcharts, and diagrams that outline system capabilities and processes based on user or internal system design specifications. Manage allocation, utilization, and help software developers complete units of work assigned to them while monitoring output. Own and manage the project plan and project modules; proactively resolve issues. Interact with and communicate detailed technical requirements to the project development team. Perform or support system testing and UAT testing. Supervise five software developers and associate software developers. Perform other duties as assigned or requested. Must be able to travel and/or relocate to any work site in the U.S. as needed with expenses paid by employer. May telecommute from any location in the U.S. What you need Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Application, CIS (Computer Information Systems), Engineering (any branch), or related field. Two (2) years of experience as an Associate Project Manager or related occupation. Employer will accept foreign education equivalent to a bachelor’s degree as determined by a qualified credential evaluation service. Travel and/or relocate to any work site in the U.S. as needed with expenses paid by the employer; may telecommute from any location in the U.S. Role Location Aliso Viejo, CA 92656 (Unanticipated client site throughout the U.S.) Compensation Range $112,341 - $120,000 per year; 40 hours per week; 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Benefits Full‑time, regular employees accrue a minimum of ten days of paid vacation per year, receive six days of paid sick leave each year (pro‑rated for new hires throughout the year), ten paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
