Assembler - Manufacturing

Primary Responsibilities:
- Assemble fiberglass tanks and components using hand and power tools
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Adhere to all NOV company policies and procedures, including Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), Quality Assurance, and Operational Guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
- Work overtime and flexible shifts, including day or night schedules, as needed
- Perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and repetitive movement for 8-12 hours per day
- Lift up to 15 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Maintain a safety-first mindset while working collaboratively with team members
- High School Diploma or GED preferred (not required)
- Minimum 6 months of experience in assembly, manufacturing, or industrial environments preferred
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics preferred
- Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts as needed
- Ability to work day or night shift
- Offer of employment is contingent upon the completion of background and drug screenings, conducted in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
