salary: $52,000 - $66,560 per year
shift: Second
work hours: 2 PM - 10 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

 Performs hands-on maintenance tasks according to set production maintenance priorities, including repairing, and troubleshooting of all equipment and support systems for the facility. Also, assists with the repair and maintenance of the physical structure.
 Supervises maintenance contractors, when required.
 Maintains a Maintenance Action Log, by a piece of equipment, to track individual repairs, and serve as a baseline for future preventive maintenance.
 Participates in startup and shutdown activities, as required. Assists with Shutdown Task planning and scheduling.

 Works with vendors / OEM to obtain parts pricing and repair recommendations for process equipment and systems.
 Incorporates safe practices while completing assigned maintenance work order activities.
 Maintains the Maintenance Department work area. Cleans-up after each task, and daily, performs care for tools and proper storage of supplies.
 Complies with all Company, Local, State, and Federal rules, and regulations regarding Health, Safety, and the Environment.
 Other duties may be assigned, or current duties modified / changed.

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time

Skills

• Chiller Maintenance (5 years of experience is required)
• Troubleshoot PLCs (5 years of experience is required)
• Roller and Motor Maintenance (2 years of experience is required)
