Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with company policies and procedures

• Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitor and report patient conditions to our healthcare team

• Assist with vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure measurements

• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment

• Collaborate with our caregivers to develop personalized care plans

• Engage with patients and family members to provide emotional support and education

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Texas
