Clinical Data Coordinator/OASIS Review VNA Health Group Location: Neptune NJ Per Diem This position requires residency in NJ Position Summary VNA Health Group is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Coding Review team as a Clinical Data Coordinator/OASIS Review . In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing OASIS assessments, supporting ICD-10 coding activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting documentation excellence across the organization. Largest nonprofit home health and hospice provider in New Jersey Serving patients across 16 counties Comprehensive benefits package Tuition reimbursement Professional development and growth opportunities Supportive and collaborative leadership team Opportunity to impact quality outcomes across the organization Responsibilities Review OASIS assessments for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance Ensure documentation is consistent with the Plan of Care and medication profile Submit OASIS data and resolve rejections or discrepancies Identify trends and communicate findings to leadership and clinical teams Provide ICD-10 coding support as needed Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, federal, state, and agency regulations Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to support quality patient outcomes Review clinical documentation and recommend corrective actions when appropriate Participate in quality improvement and educational initiatives Qualifications Current NJ RN License required BSN preferred OASIS Certified or actively pursuing OASIS Certification required Coding Certification preferred Minimum 3 years of home health experience required Strong knowledge of OASIS, ICD-10 coding, and Medicare regulations Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Physical Demands/Working Conditions: Business office environment with frequent computer and phone use Ability to review and analyze clinical documentation electronically Regular interaction with clinical and operational staff Ability to maintain focus and accuracy while managing multiple tasks and deadlines Ready to Move Healthcare Forward?
