Job Details We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manufacturing Plant Sr. HR Generalist or HR Manager to join our Manufacturing team. This is a permanent position with a focus on driving the company's HR initiatives in alignment with our business goals. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner, responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, strategic planning, and training & development. Responsibilities Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization. Nurture a positive working environment. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. Manage the recruitment and selection process. Assess training needs and monitor training programs. Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on HR matters. Implement and revise the company's compensation program. Create and revise job descriptions. Conduct annual salary surveys. Develop, revise, and recommend personnel policies and procedures. Maintain and revise the company’s handbook on policies and procedures. Perform benefits administration. Maintain affirmative action programs. Oversee exit interviews. Maintain department records and reports. Participate in administrative staff meetings. Qualifications Minimum 7+ years of experience as an HR Generalist in a manufacturing environment. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. Deep knowledge of HR functions, including talent management, recruitment, employee relations. Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures. Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus. Outstanding organizational and time‑management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem‑solving and decision‑making aptitude. Strong ethics and reliability. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills. People oriented and results‑driven. Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics. Knowledge of HR systems and databases. Ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company. Enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment. Experience with rapid and complex changing work environment.
