Recruiting Coordinator

Job Responsibilities Manages the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume hourly roles, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and applicant tracking system (ATS) management. Partners with temporary staffing agencies, centralized planning, operations leadership, and HR to coordinate weekly headcount need and facilitate the monthly conversion process from temporary to permanent employment. Delivers exceptional candidate support by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving technical issues with professionalism and care. Guides new hires through onboarding and paperwork completion to ensure a seamless transition into orientation and employment. Supports the planning, promotion, and execution of hiring events and community job fairs, creating an engaging and authentic candidate experience. Collaborates with the Supply Chain recruitment team across the network to assist with hiring surges during peak seasons or other specialized roles as needed.
