Business Analyst Downtown Dallas (Hybrid) 12 month contract/contract to hire (W2 ONLY, NO C-C) 9am-5pm Monday-Friday Looking for someone with strong experience in: Creating executive and senior management presentations in PowerPoint Developing concise, impactful management reporting Translating technical information into clear business-oriented messaging Working directly with senior stakeholders and leadership teams The team is responsible for metric review and analysis and reporting for Cybersecurity risks. The selected candidate will be managing reporting related to metric management. Typical Day in Role: working closely with stakeholders to collect data points and information review and test data points challenge and take corrective action to clean up data automate and support current processes and suggest enhancement ideas gather requirements from business units and prepare reporting create and present decks to VP/SVP executives, board of directors, and regulators Candidate Requirements Bachelor’s Degree 5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst (preferably within cyber technology and risk) 4+ years of experience preparing reports using Excel (intermediate level - pivot tables, etc.) 4+ years of experience creating presentation decks and presenting to senior level executives (PPT) 3+ years of experience with data analysis using large sets of data 2+ years of experience with project management (not looking for PM, but has to have managed projects) Power BI experience SQL experience previous experience working on technical projects strong communication skills (written and verbal) time management skills attention to details and accuracy Estimated Min Rate : $31.50 Estimated Max Rate : $45.00 What's In It for You?
