Front Office Customer Service Representative Eco Wall Coatings is a family-owned and operated importer and distributor of decorative plaster and specialty wall finishes. We are looking for a full-time Front Office Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is an entry-level, customer-facing position focused on assisting our existing office team with day-to-day customer service and order processing. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, dependable, comfortable speaking with customers, and able to work efficiently in a busy office environment. Primary Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with general questions Greet and assist walk-in customers Enter and process customer orders Assist customers with product availability, order status, and basic product questions Take customer information and accurately enter it into our system Assist with preparing sales orders and invoices Process customer payments Follow up with customers regarding orders when necessary Coordinate with warehouse staff regarding customer pickups and order status Route calls and messages to the appropriate team member Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email Assist the front office team with general administrative tasks Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer and order information Keep the front office and customer areas organized and presentable Assist with filing, scanning, copying, and other basic office duties Maintain a friendly and professional attitude while working in a fast-paced environment Experience & Qualifications Previous customer service, retail, office, or administrative experience is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate should: Be comfortable speaking with customers both in person and over the phone Have strong communication and interpersonal skills Be organized and detail-oriented Be comfortable using computers and learning new software Be able to multitask and prioritize responsibilities Be dependable and punctual Work well as part of a team Be willing to learn about our products and industry Experience with QuickBooks, Outlook, Word, Excel, or similar programs is a plus but is not required. The ability to speak, read, and write in both English and Spanish is strongly preferred. Education High school diploma or equivalent required.
