Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current state license (or eligibility) as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience in school-based OT strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized intervention plans
• Passion for supporting children in educational environments

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality occupational therapy evaluations and interventions to students as outlined in their IEPs
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to enhance student participation and success in school activities
• Maintain accurate and timely records of services, progress, and compliance documentation
• Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
• Adapt therapeutic approaches creatively to meet diverse student needs
• Stay current with best practices and professional guidelines in school occupational therapy
