Work onsite for the 2026-2027 academic year, providing full-time support while enjoying the structure of a consistent weekly schedule. The specific caseload will be shared soon, but you’ll join a welcoming setting where your passion for OT and your pedagogical skills will be valued.

Requirements:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Wisconsin, or eligibility to obtain it before the start date
• Previous experience in a school-based OT setting preferred
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy services to students across various grade levels
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary meetings to support holistic student growth
• Maintain accurate records and thorough documentation following district and state guidelines
• Engage with families to ensure continuity of care between school and home
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment encouraging student independence
