GoTo Foods operates seven brands—Moe’s, McAlister’s, Auntie Anne’s, Cinnabon, Jamba, Schlotzsky’s, and Carvel—across ~6,000 franchise locations. The Growth org is rebuilding around a Head + pod model, and the Director, Social & Creator Strategy will own the organic social and creator economy playbook, lead Social Managers, and stand up the affiliate program.
