Commercial Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Commercial Account Manager to join our team. This role serves as the primary contact between clients and the insurance carriers we represent. You’ll be responsible for managing a book of business, delivering exceptional service, and supporting business development efforts. Key Responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact for commercial clients. Provide exceptional customer service and support for insurance needs. Conduct Renewal Reviews (in-person or virtual) within 30 days of policy expiration. Build and maintain relationships with clients, underwriters, Business Architects, and CSRs. Manage the servicing, retention, and growth of a book of business. Assist with quoting and marketing of renewals. Analyze Quarterly Audits and address issues proactively. Assist Business Architects with new business opportunities and cross-selling. Respond to client questions related to billing, coverage, or policy changes. Update agency management systems with tasks and client interactions. Train and mentor new team members. Demonstrate a strong commitment to the agency’s values and client-first approach. Perform other duties as needed to support the team. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in commercial insurance account management. Active Property & Casualty license required. Strong communication and customer service skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams). Experience using Agency Management Systems (AMS) .
