Job Summary As a Machine Operator , you will play a key role in the manufacturing of thermoset composite materials by operating equipment such as presses, forming, extrusion, pultrusion, and shape machines. Duties also involve manual work and the use of various hand tools and secondary equipment. Key Responsibilities Compound and process ingredients according to formulas. Mix and blend ingredients to create state-of-the-art electrical insulating products. Use a variety of hand tools and secondary/accessory equipment. Requirements High School Diploma or GED with prior hands‑on, vocational or job‑related coursework/training, or any similar combination of education and experience. Preferred: Prior experience in a manufacturing industry with mixing, batching or compounding equipment. Work Environment Non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, fumes, and chemicals. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required. Position may involve repetitive tasks and manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods of time. Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Holidays.
