Customer Support Specialist

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves handling customer inquiries and resolving issues through phone, chat, and email support. The ideal candidate has a passion for delivering exceptional service and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email. Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, shipping, and return policies. Assist customers with order placement, shipment tracking, and return/exchange processing. Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor. Document and track customer interactions in the service database. Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues and optimize customer experience. Schedule & Training: Availability: Monday – Sunday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Shift details assigned upon hire) Training Period: 2 weeks of initial training followed by 2 weeks of nesting in-office before transitioning to a work from home arrangement. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in a customer service role (retail or e-commerce preferred). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail. Proficiency with CRM systems, customer service software, and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Interest in luxury fashion or lifestyle apparel is a plus.
