Network Analyst/System Administrator II

Job Overview IT SME support is requested for the Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) G3’s Army Trojan Management Office (ATMO)— Trojan Network Operations Center (TNOC). Responsibilities Provide Tier I customer service support to US Army INSCOM customers. Actively monitor network and terminal operations to ensure connectivity and availability. Monitor network data traffic patterns to minimize choke points. Accountable for all aspects of network requirements and manage day‑to‑day network issues. Provide system administrator support for the GET TDN2 Active Directory environment. Resolve day‑to‑day user account and access issues for GET TDN2 AD and GET WAN. Qualifications Certificates: IAT Level 2, A+ -CE, Network+ CE, Security+ CE, SSCP, or CCNA – Security. Minimum of 5 years experience supporting Network Operations and Microsoft Active Directory environments. Location & Work Hours Place of Performance: Fort Belvoir, VA. Work Hours: Thursday – Saturday and every other Wednesday, 0600‑1800 (8‑hour day). Security Requirements Must possess a TS clearance with SCI eligibility. Willing to obtain a CI Poly. U.S. citizen with capability to maintain a final TS/SCI clearance. Access to NATO classified material with read‑on NATO clearance required. Compensation $108,000 – $110,000. Actual compensation may vary based on job responsibilities, education, experience, skills, internal equity, market data, applicable agreements, and relevant laws.
