Linux Systems Administrator

Base pay range $50.00/hr - $55.00/hr Optomi, in partnership with one of the world’s most recognized and trusted electric power holding companies, is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Analyst professional. The ideal candidate will specialize in the administrative and operational management of Linux environments, ensuring their stability, performance, and reliability. Experience of the right candidate: Hands‑on experience with Linux‑based systems administration, including planning, installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills. Deploy, monitor and optimize Elasticsearch clusters for performance and reliability. Familiarity with configuration management tools like Ansible. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices, including tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or ArgoCD. Responsibilities of the right candidate: Manage and maintain Linux‑based systems and servers in planning, development, installation, configuration, maintenance, support, and optimization of Linux systems. Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure system reliability and scalability. Troubleshoot and resolve system and application issues. Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills. Deploy, configure, and manage containerized with Kubernetes.
