Salary: $74,000 - 84,000 per year Requirements:

• 7–10 years of Salesforce development experience, including prior experience as a Lead Developer.
• Strong hands-on skills with Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce administration.
• Experience with MuleSoft/Mule ESB, enterprise integrations, and Salesforce Web Services/API integrations.
• Experience with large-scale Salesforce implementations, especially Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Knowledge of Salesforce development best practices and governor limits.
• Experience with technical design, code reviews, story point estimation, automated test suites, and enterprise deployment and release management using Metadata API.
• Experience supporting production releases and troubleshooting issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Preferred: Financial Services or Banking experience; Salesforce certification (Platform Developer I preferred); Lightning, nCino, credit underwriting, Informatica/ETL, Chatter API, advanced Visualforce components, RDBMS/database knowledge, Selenium or similar tools, Agile/XP, mentoring, functional testing, and test-plan creation.

• Lead development within an Agile Salesforce team and provide technical guidance and mentorship.
• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce administration.
• Contribute to enterprise implementations, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Design and support integrations using MuleSoft/Mule ESB, ETL, Web Services, and APIs.
• Apply development best practices and account for governor limits, scalability, and maintainability.
• Perform technical design, participate in code reviews, estimate story points, and contribute to technical planning.
• Build, maintain, and run automated test suites, and support automation testing.
• Support Salesforce deployments and release management using Metadata API.
• Support production releases, troubleshoot issues, and take part in weekend or on-call support as needed.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Managers, developers, and other technical teams to deliver solutions.
• Work with onsite and offshore colleagues in Agile/SAFe environments.
