Traveling Fabrication Specialist - Industrial Welder

Lucas Industrial , based in Murfreesboro, TN, is hiring a full-time Traveling Fabrication Specialist – Industrial Welder . This position offers consistent work, nationwide travel, and the opportunity to apply your welding and fabrication expertise on challenging projects. A suggested tool list will be provided upon hire

Education Assistance

QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years welding experience

Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

Ability to pass FCAW welding test (1G–4G) within 4 weeks of hire (company reimbursement for passing tests

Own hand and power tools (cordless only)

Experience driving a truck and 20-40ft trailers, either pull-behind or gooseneck, and a CDL are preferred.

SCHEDULE : This is a full-time position with a minimum of 40 hours/week, 10–12-hour shifts , periodic travel (10–30 days) with lodging and per diem provided , and local work between travel contracts.
