Our organization is on the lookout for a board-certified or board-eligible Pediatric Intensivist to become part of our collaborative and passionate team in La Crosse, Wisconsin.

• Collaborative Care: Become a member of a multidisciplinary PICU team that includes pediatric hospitalists, subspecialists, advanced practice providers, and dedicated nursing professionals.
• Advanced PICU Facilities: Work in a 4-bed PICU specifically designed to deliver expert critical care for pediatric patients with complex needs. You will lead the care team, supported by comprehensive subspecialty expertise in areas such as pediatric cardiology, neurology, surgery, and more.
• Pediatric Transport and Transfer Assistance: Collaborate with a specialized pediatric transport team to ensure smooth regional transfers, providing critical care when it is most essential.
• Enhanced Imaging, Pediatric Sedation, and Specialized Nursing Support: Utilize advanced services to achieve outstanding patient outcomes, ensuring the highest level of compassionate and comprehensive care.
