Job Summary Diamond Environmental Services is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to help grow our customer base and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. If you’re a self-starter who enjoys building relationships, closing deals, and working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and lead generation. Build and maintain relationships with contractors, municipalities, event coordinators, and commercial customers. Visit customer job sites and businesses to assess needs and recommend solutions. Prepare quotes, proposals, contracts, and bids. Negotiate pricing and service agreements. Process customer orders and ensure a smooth transition from sale to service. Coordinate with Operations, Dispatch, and Customer Service to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Follow up on existing accounts and identify opportunities to expand business. Maintain accurate records using company software and CRM tools. Meet sales activity goals and participate in regular sales meetings. Qualifications Previous sales experience (construction, environmental services, rentals, or related industries preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Highly organized with the ability to work independently. Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record. Schedule Must be available to work weekends, holidays, or extended hours as business needs require.
