Insurance Sales Manager Location: Winter Garden, FL Salary: $86,500 per year Schedule: Full-Time | 40 hours per week Blake Price Insurance Agency, Inc. is seeking an Insurance Sales Manager to oversee and support the agency's insurance sales team. Responsibilities Lead the sales team in identifying prospects, assessing customer needs, and recommending appropriate insurance products. Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market reach and improve conversion rates. Coach team members toward monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Monitor sales metrics and KPIs and prepare performance reports. Conduct team meetings, training sessions, coaching, and performance reviews. Support team development in product knowledge, referral building, and customer service. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 48 months of professional sales experience in insurance, pharmaceuticals, specialized equipment, or a comparable professional sales environment. Florida Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses, or the ability to obtain the required licenses within three months of starting employment.
