Care Manager

What You’ll Do Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes Promote safety, dignity, and independence Engage residents through conversation and daily activities Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment Communicate effectively with families and care leaders In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss What We’re Looking For High School Diploma/GED; age 18 CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain) Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills Pay Range: 20.40 - 25.60 Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Plans Retirement Savings Plans Employee Assistant Program / Discount Program Paid time off (PTO), sick time, and holiday pay myFlexPay offered to get paid within hours of a shift Tuition ReimbursementIn addition to base compensation, Sunrise may offer discretionary and/or non-discretionary bonuses.
