ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in July 2023 and has grown to a strong team of 8 talented professionals. Before opening my own office, I worked in the human services field and got my start in insurance by joining a friend who had just opened his agency. That experience inspired me to pursue the Aspirant Program and eventually build my own agency.

I'm a proud graduate of the University of Oregon, where I graduated top 10 in my class. My husband and I have lived in this area our entire lives and are deeply rooted in the community. I've also been a foster parent to five children, and our home is currently shared with our two cats.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: Kristin Staropoli - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
