- Extensive hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration (8-10 years).
- Proficient in SAP Basis Administration.
- Experience with MS SQL Server ,HANA, SYBASE, , and SAP systems.
- Strong background in administering and monitoring BW and PI systems.
- Expertise in system configurations, upgrades, installations, performance tuning, and migration activities.
- Proven ability to investigate and resolve system performance issues.
- Excellent documentation skills for SAP processes and procedures.
- Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to handle escalations effectively.
- Good communication skills and email etiquette.
- Experience in leading and supporting a team.
- Associate must login for 30 mins around 10PM EST and send out simple report everyday.
