Quality Control Manager

What Are We Looking For Lead planning and kickoff meetings for critical or high-risk placements to confirm roles, testing requirements, safety expectations, communication paths, and escalation protocols. Work with the QC Supervisor to translate production schedules, pour plans, project requirements, and customer commitments into clear field QC priorities. Proactively identify execution risks including logistics, site access, delivery windows, weather, placement readiness, plant capacity, mix performance, and customer-specific requirements Serve as the liaison between Production/Dispatch, Sales, QC, Field teams, Lab, and customers to align expectations before and during placements. Maintain oversight of field QC execution by reviewing testing cadence, coverage plans, documentation quality, technician availability, and escalated quality issues. Support quality concern response by coordinating containment actions, increased monitoring, customer communication, internal follow-up, documentation, and closure. Backfill QC Manager coverage during absences by triaging escalations, supporting containment actions, maintaining stakeholder communication, and ensuring proper handoff.
