Permitting Specialist

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Permitting Specialist will maintain complex files, prepare schedules, and assist engineers while managing departmental documents and compiling reports. Key responsibilities Maintain complex files and keep accurate records for departmental operations Prepare schedules and compile statistical data for project-specific reports Assist engineers with various tasks and process departmental documents requiring specialized knowledge Required qualifications Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Intermediate knowledge of SharePoint Experience in defining and documenting processes for continuous improvement Proven ability to lead complex projects and build strong cross-functional relationships Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
