Membership Operations Specialist

Job Responsibilities Support the Medical and Scientific Relations team with operational execution Provide assistance with membership operations Support PIA programming logistics and communications Track PIA membership figures and produce reports Collaborate with marketing and communications for email messaging Maintain and update ISTAART and PIA content across digital platforms Support on-site logistical organization for ISTAART and PIA events Serve as primary member-facing point of contact for ISTAART inquiries Travel to select scientific meetings to support ISTAART activities Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field 3 or more years of relevant professional experience in membership management, scientific programs, or a related field Exceptional project management, time management and organizational skills Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications and Google Suite Experience in tracking large datasets in Excel / Google Sheets Analytical skills for handling large datasets Experience using virtual meeting platforms and technology interfaces Experience with CRM systems, membership management platforms, and electronic survey systems Strong communication skills Strong interpersonal skills with customer service orientation Ability to travel throughout the US and internationally if needed Valid passport Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in membership management and operational execution, with strong project management and analytical skills to support scientific programs and events.
