Overview Location: Onsite – 3 days a week (Tues-Thurs.) John Carpenter Freeway, Irving, TX 75062 Duration: 3-6 months (potential to convert at end of the year) Hours: M-F 8am-5pm Must Haves 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience Experience managing 15+ concurrent requisitions in a fast-paced environment Background in recruiting for healthcare, hospital, or clinical environments Proven ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines Strong negotiation and communication skills Nice to Have Understanding of procurement and strategic sourcing functions (Direct spend categories such as medical/surgical supplies, labs, equipment, food, IT) Experience with Workday and Eightfold Day to Day We are seeking a highly experienced Recruiter to support its Spend Management team. This individual will act as a strategic talent partner, supporting hiring across procurement and strategic sourcing functions within a healthcare/hospital environment. This role requires a consultative recruiter who can manage a high-volume workload while partnering closely with hiring leaders to attract and hire top-tier talent across mid-level to senior roles Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for 15–30 open requisitions across the Spend Management team Recruit for procurement and strategic sourcing roles, including consultants and corporate hires Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs Source, screen, interview, and guide candidates through the full hiring lifecycle (intake → onboarding) Partner closely with hiring managers as a strategic advisor, providing guidance on: Recruit within a healthcare/hospital provider environment, supporting sourcing and procurement-related roles Facilitate offer negotiations, ensuring alignment between client expectations and candidate needs Utilize ATS platforms (Workday, Eightfold) to manage workflows, reporting, and candidate tracking #J-18808-Ljbffr
